About the team

As part of the Global Logistics Operations Team, you will be responsible for tasks that support our Inbound and Outbound Logistics team.

The team consists of four colleagues and you will be mentored by the Head of Inbound/Outbound Logistics. The role will sit at the HQ in Stockholm and perform various administrative tasks, and drive small projects to support the Inbound and Outbound Logistics daily activities. You will be getting in-depth knowledge about our logistics flow, understand challenges and opportunities within logistics, and experience a headquarter and office culture.

Responsibilities

• Support our Head of Inbound/Outbound Logistics Manager and the team in their daily work
• Keep close communication with our suppliers, markets, distribution center, and forwarders
• Follow up on transport bookings, surveil goods in transit, and incoming deliveries to the distribution center
• Collect and share seasonal information from and to suppliers and markets, such as packing configurations, supplier commission reports, delivery instructions, and country of origin declarations
• Process documentation, development, and process evaluation

Your skills

• Preferably you are at the end of your studies or recently graduated in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or MBA
• Social, communicative, and ambitious team player - who is not afraid to come up with suggestions and ideas
• A natural interest in working with logistics or supply chain, and communicating with many different stakeholders
• Knowledge of Excel (comfortable handling and analyzing large data, using pivot tables and filtering) and digital software systems
• Great organizational skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  
• Positive, authentic, and genuine personality
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
