About the team

As part of the Global Strategic Initiative team, you will work closely with the Global Internal Communication Manager to ensure GANT delivers world-class Internal communication strategies that can be executed on both a global and local level.

The role will sit at the Global HQ in Stockholm and perform various communication tasks including content production and administrative support with regard to GANT's Digital Workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support the Internal Communications Manager and the local team in their daily work/tasks/projects including supporting Global teams 
• Cross-functional support throughout the organization with daily guidance, content production, approvals, and other requests
• Help maintain the overall structure of the Internal Communication platform/Intranet
• Assist in managing dynamic content and monitor posts and results of our internal communication 
• Independently create entertaining company internal social media content, such as shorter videos, stories and interviews
• Follow up and analyze engagement and quantitative data with help from given analytics tools

Your skills

• Preferably you are at the end of your studies or recently graduated in marketing, communication, PR or digital media production
• Passion for internal communication and social media to support business goals
• Positive, communicative, proactive, and ambitious team player 
• Social, flexible, solution-oriented and capable of multitasking
• Skilled at creating digital content and company presentations
• Preferred but not mandatory knowledge of digital media and InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as editing tools for moving content
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must
