About the role

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. As the Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for the first personal contact and GANT’s face towards the consumer. In your daily tasks, you are responsible for customer queries and proactive information, delivery information and claims.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day customer support in our D-A-CH markets

• Being available for stores in need of support

• Support customers with logistic information and act proactively to ensure quality customer service

• Use associated information systems to support customers

• Use data from IT systems to evaluate and to plan improvements and support customers

• Initiate enhancing Customer Service operations

• Main responsible for CES score and development over time

• Follow up set KPI’s

• Ordering of spare parts and ship to customers

• Project lead smaller projects

Your skills

• Passionate about providing great customer experience

• Excellent organisation skills

• Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment; solid written and verbal communicator

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change and maintain composure under pressure

• Strong understanding of systems

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Computer skills

Bonus points

• Any other European languages, such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Portuguese

• Textile courses are a plus

• Working knowledge of Salesforce
