About the team

As part of the Global PR & Communications team, you will work closely with the Global PR Manager to make sure that we deliver best-in-class PR strategies that can be executed by our local markets. The team consists of the Global PR and Communications Director, VIP Relations & Editorial Content Manager, PR Manager and the Global PR Coordinator and you will be mentored by the Global PR Manager. We work closely with the broader Global Brand team in creating the vision for the brand and setting the framework for PR.

Responsibilities

• Support our Global PR Manager and the team in their daily work/events/projects
• Support with writing press releases
• Support with sample coordination and send-outs
• Produce PR presentations
• Manage global press coverage reports
• Update and maintain the digital pressroom
• Support our subsidiaries with daily guidance and other requests

Your skills

• Preferably you are at the end of your studies in PR, communication, or marketing.
• Social, communicative, and proactive
• Solution-oriented and hands-on
• Excellent writing skills
• A strong team player with a positive outlook
• Great organizational skills
• Fluent in English

Bonus points

• Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and social media (Linkedin).
