About the team

As part of the trade team, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks concerning the goods flow. The team has a key function from a global perspective to secure that the logistical flow operates smoothly for inbound as well as outbound. Another important responsibility is to secure that all financial regulations are met.

The team consists of 4 colleagues and you will be mentored by the team leader. This role will be supporting global financial functions. The role will sit at the HQ in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Match order versus supplier invoice
• Account of invoices from suppliers and customers
• Customer invoicing
• Debt collecting
• Shared responsibility for the joint mailbox

Your skills

• Currently studying economy, preferably you are in the middle of education
• Great social, communicative & organizational skills, and ambitious team player who is not afraid to come up with suggestions and ideas.
• A natural interest in working in finance and an interest in understanding the financial flow of a global company.
• Proactive and handles stress with ease
• Positive, authentic, and genuine personality
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
