About the team

In this role you’ll be part of the Stockholm based Global Wholesale Operations Team and report to the Global Business Information & Wholesale Operations Director.

Your role will be to continuously develop initiatives for improvement of the wholesale business processes in order to achieve increased efficiency and added value and make sure we maintain an accurate and consistent Global Customer Master Data.
 

Responsibilities

• Maintain the global customer master data, continuously ensuring its accuracy, consistency and validity

• Set up and maintain customer data including customer segmentation, customer classification, trade terms as well as logistics related data

• Set up new customers in accordance with established processes

• Coordinate all processes related to customer master data together with the relevant stakeholders both and global headquarters and at the regions

• Contribute to review and improve all processes related to the customer master data for increased efficiency

• Support relevant cross-functional teams in getting accurate wholesale data

• Assist in delivering enhanced reporting within the wholesale organization

• Drive constant improvement and harmonization of the wholesale business processes in order to achieve operational excellence

• Create and maintain all process documentation

• Follow up on process compliance

• Ensure standardization and improvement of the wholesale operational models

• Implement and coordinate ERP projects with cross-functional teams

Your skills

• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems

• University degree or work experience within Business Administration, Sales, Commercial Operations or Backoffice

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within Retail/Fashion industry

• Strong business acumen

• Knowledge of Supply Chain is an asset

• Fluent English, other European language considered an asset

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Ability to clearly communicate new processes to the organization

• Process driven and result oriented with a digital mindset

• Strong project management skills
